The barrier is fully guaranteed to keep carpenter ants outside or your home or we will treat your inside for no additional charge. You will be able to keep carpenter ants out of your home for years to come at a nominal charge. As an added bonus visible bees nests that might attach themselves to your home during the late summer will be treated free or charge!!!! QUARTERLY PROGRAMS

Another popular program that we offer to customers is our quarterly program. This program is opted for those homes which may require additional service for a variety of pests including ants, bees, rodents, mice, boxelders bugs, pantry pests, and crickets, to name a few. Your home is serviced quarterly with call backs in between scheduled service calls free of charge. Quarterly programs are also advantageous for homes that experience chronic one pest problems such as mice and boxelder bugs and can be set up for individual needs. If in the future you no longer require this pest control program, it can be discontinued at anytime without any hidden fees or penalties.

ON-GOING TERMITE “CHECK-UPS”

All termite treatments are offered an optional and transferable annual termite inspection to make sure the termites do not reinvade your home. If there is a reoccurring termite problem it will be treated at no additional cost to you. Once your termite treatment is complete then it is important to maintain this ongoing program especially if you were to sell your home in the future. Any prospective home buyer will be assured of complete termite protection which is completely transferable to them.

TERMITE MONITORING

If you would like to be aware of termites that are present near your home before they have a chance to enter your home then this is a program you will be interested in. Termite monitors are placed in areas around your home known to be conducive to termites. Termites can be detected by ongoing checking of the monitors.
